Request to delete your PalcoTV account

This page explains how to delete your PalcoTV account and what happens to your data when you do. PalcoTV is operated by PalcoTV LLC (Texas, USA).
Delete from inside the app (recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is from the PalcoTV mobile app:
- Open PalcoTV on your iPhone or Android device.
- Sign in if you are signed out.
- Tap the Profile icon (bottom-right of the home screen).
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account is queued for deletion immediately. All deletion completes within 30 days.
Delete by email (if you cannot access the app)
If you cannot sign in to the app, or if your account has been suspended, send a deletion request by email:
Subject: Account deletion request
In the body, include:
- The email address registered to your PalcoTV account
- (Optional) Your in-app display name or streamer handle
- A confirmation that you are the account holder
We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days of receiving your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:
- Account credentials — Firebase Authentication record, including email, password hash, OAuth provider links (Google, Apple)
- Profile data — display name, profile photo, bio, preferences, language settings
- Activity data — your follow list, watch history, blocked-user list, in-app notification preferences
- Push notification tokens — your device's FCM token, so we stop sending notifications
- Streamer-only data (if you are a streamer) — stream key, scheduled stream metadata, streamer profile
- Authored chat messages — anonymized so they no longer link back to you. The text may remain visible to other viewers in the chat history of the streams where you posted, but with no author attribution.
- Donation messages you sent — the personal note text is deleted; the underlying transaction record is retained per the section below.
What data is retained, and for how long
A small set of data must be kept after account deletion to comply with U.S. tax, anti-fraud, and legal-claim laws. We keep only what is required.

After the retention period ends, the data is permanently deleted from active systems and from backups on the next rotation.
If you want to request deletion of specific data rather than your full account (for example, a single chat message or a specific donation note), contact [email protected] and reference the specific data you want removed.
Effect on streams you appeared in
Live streams are recorded in real time and may have been viewed or recorded by other users at the time of broadcast. We do not have the ability to delete copies that other users may have made.
If you were a streamer, your past stream metadata (titles, thumbnails) is removed from your profile when your account is deleted, but cached copies on edge CDN nodes may persist for up to 24 hours before naturally expiring.
GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and TDPSA rights
If you are a resident of the European Union, United Kingdom, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you have additional rights under your local privacy law (right of access, right of rectification, right to data portability, right to object).
