Common questions
How do I install PalcoTV?
PalcoTV is currently in beta on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play Internal Testing). The public release is coming soon.
How does Picture-in-Picture work?
After you start watching a stream, the player shows a PiP icon. Tap it to float the streamer's camera over your other apps. You can then open your favorite sports app (ESPN, FOX Sports, etc.) and watch the game while still hearing your streamer's reactions.
What is split audio?
PalcoTV is the only app where you hear BOTH the streamer's commentary AND your sports app's audio at the same time, with independent volume controls.
How do I become a streamer?
Open the app, sign in, go to your profile, and tap "Become a Streamer." You'll be guided through identity verification (handled by Stripe Identity) and stream setup. You can broadcast using OBS, Streamlabs, or any RTMP-compatible app.
How do I report a stream or user?
Tap the three-dot menu on any stream or user profile, then "Report." Our moderation team reviews every report.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. For full instructions and what is deleted vs retained, see the account deletion page.
Where do I find your privacy policy and terms?

If you're a verified streamer with payout, broadcasting, or stream-key issues, please email [email protected] with your streamer username so we can route your request quickly.
Bug reports
When reporting a bug, please include:
- Your device (e.g. iPhone 17, Galaxy S25)
- iOS or Android version
- App version (Settings → About)
- Steps to reproduce
- Screenshot or screen recording if possible
